The Young Women's Theme talks about standing as a witness of God "at all times and in all things, and in all places." Modesty in dress and action is a big part of this. Faith, divine nature, individual worth, knowledge, choice and accountability, good works and integrity are values that our youth and all of us should strive to live by.
